CAMPUS SAFETY
ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï is committed to the safety, security and well-being of our campus community, and we are continuously working to improve security and foster a safe and secure climate for learning and living on campus. We offer card-access to residence hall floors, security cameras throughout campus and dedicated public safety officers who patrol campus 24/7 to ensure you are secure and safe.
The University reports on and provides campus security information, including an annual security and fire safety report and crime statistics for campus and the surrounding area, in compliance with the Clery Act.
The Stop Campus Hazing Act was signed into law late in December 2024. The law was passed unanimously in the Senate and House before being signed by President Biden and represents a significant step in national efforts to prevent hazing by improving hazing reporting and prevention efforts on college campuses.
ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï has always taken hazing seriously and has worked to raise awareness about hazing and prevent hazing in any form on our campus. The Stop Campus Hazing Act adds another layer to our prevention efforts by requiring the enhancement of transparency, and prioritizing prevention efforts. 
There are several ways to report hazing at ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï. If you or someone you know has experienced hazing, we encourage you to submit a report through the  or you can submit a report anonymously via ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï’s compliance and ethics hotline. The Students of Concern Committee provides a confidential support system for early intervention of at-risk students. The committee receives referrals from the campus community about students for several reasons, including but not limited to academic, personal, financial, mental health or behavioral concerns.
ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï continues to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and asks that all visitors and ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï community members remain mindful of their symptoms and follow guidelines from authoritative agencies.
The University reports on the use of funds received through CARES Act and offers additional emergency support to students facing crisis through the Students of Concern Committee.
If a member of the University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis community has reason to believe that a student who resides in on-campus housing is missing, they should immediately notify public safety at 314.446.SAFE (7223). All University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis officials are required to notify public safety immediately upon being notified about a missing student. Public safety will generate a missing person report and initiate an investigation.
